Screening is non-negotiable

I believe in mutually beneficial dynamics and screening is the foundation of this type of interaction. My safety is important that's why transparency is something that I not only value but require. If you aren't capable of doing that, please find someone else. Honest transparency and it's a non-negotiable just like screening.
All of the following required for screening:
Your legal first & last name
fetish form
Your telephone number (not a burner #)
A reference:
Provider/Domme you've served and their contact information (website, email, social media) You have to have seen them within the last year.
